2. Emergency Services

We respond to emergency calls promptly, but we do not guarantee the prevention of damage spread or complete restoration outcomes. Every flood or damage situation is unique, and results may vary.

3. Liability Limitation

While we exercise care and professionalism in every job, New Gen Restoration is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Delays caused by third parties or weather

  • Secondary damage that arises after our team has completed agreed-upon services

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website.

4. Payment & Estimates

Estimates are free and non-binding until accepted in writing. Once accepted, the client agrees to all terms stated in the estimate or service agreement. Final invoices must be paid as agreed upon in writing or via verbal authorization documented at the time of service.
